We accept American Express, MasterCard , Visa, and Cash. There is a 4% credit card fee per transaction. Ask us about current discounts!

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies:

• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

   

• If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $50.00. This amount will be charged to your card on file which is required prior to booking.

   

• If you do not notify us prior to your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged $50.00. This charge applies to tardiness as well. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $50.00 and asked to reschedule. The fee will be applied towards the cost of your next appointment.

   

• Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

   

• Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
